Bob Gallina has been Senior Pastor of Green Hills Baptist Church since July of 1998.

At the age of 13, Bob accepted Christ at a Life Action Revival meeting in his hometown of San Bernadino. Later, during his college years at Christian Heritage College in San Diego, Bob responded to God's call to pursue full-time Christian service. After marrying his wife Melanee and moving to Memphis, Tennessee in 1984, he attended Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary and served as a seminary intern at Bellevue Baptist Church.  Following the completion of his Masters of Divinity degree in 1987, he was ordained at Bellevue Baptist Church and served on the church's full-time staff in various ministry areas during the next eleven years.

Since coming to Green Hills, Bob received his Doctorate of Ministry from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary in 2004. Bob and his wife Melanee have three daughters: Jessica, Ashley, and Emily.

Jamie has been on staff at Green Hills since June of 1992. In 1979, he graduated from Talbot Seminary with a Master’s degree in Christian Education. He and his wife Barbara have two married children, Kristin and James, and are the proud grandparents of five grandchildren.

Jackie has been on staff at Green Hills since September 2008. Jackie has a certificate in Early Childhood Development and has a great heart for children’s ministry. She is responsible for children in the nursery through fifth grade. Jackie and her husband, Steve, are newlyweds.

Sarah Graham has been on staff since June of 2001 and graduated from Azusa Pacific University. Her focus at Green Hills is to oversee and lead all areas of the music and administrative responsibilities in the church office. Sarah and her husband Josh have two children, Kirsten and Daniel.

Jack has been on staff at Green Hills since September 2008. Jack received his Doctorate of ministry from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary in 1997. He serves as one of the teaching pastors and the leader of the Church Life Team.  He is also an adjunct professor at Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary.  Jack and his wife Lisa have three daughters.
