HIGH SCHOOL

Join us as we travel up! The road is never easy but the views are spectacular, and the destination is incredible. At Green Hills we firmly believe that God has a call for us to rise above a life of selfishness and fear to follow his high calling. Our group is called higher ground because we desire to help anybody move closer to God’s will no matter where they are on the journey.

We do this in many ways:

Sunday Small Groups – Our High School ministry meets during the 9:30 am service .  We will meet together for announcements and then break up into small groups by grade and gender. This is a great opportunity to further discuss the passage preached on and how it applied to your life personally.  If you are looking for a place to feel loved unconditionally and challenged in your walk with God,  This is the place for you. 

Higher Ground – On Wednesday nights at 6:30 we gather for games, worship and then we open up Gods word to hear what he has to say to us. This time is a little crazier and the music is a little louder. We wrap it up about 8:00 but lots of people hang out afterward, playing basketball or tossing a Frisbee.

S.H.O.U.T. (Serving Him On Ur Time) – Once a month we give our youth a chance to serve God by serving the community. We help all sorts of ways like packing food boxes, prayer walks and working second hand stores.

Prayer-  Every Wednesday night we meet upstairs in the youth room at 6 pm to pray for our church and to pray for our youth group.  Come and join us as we call and worship God through prayer.
